At Yucaipa Animal Placement Society we have many wonderful dogs, cats, puppies, and kittens available for adoption. Our animals come from a variety of sources, such as those whose owner’s can no longer keep to the transfer of animals from public shelters to relieve overcrowding and the possibility of euthanasia All of our animals have received medical care, spay or neuter surgery, vaccinations and a microchip. We do a thorough assessment of the animal’s temperament and needs so that we can find both them and you the companion of a lifetime. Our goal is to adopt out our animals into permanent, loving homes and our staff is here to help you choose an animal that will be the right fit for both of you for life. When you adopt a dog from YAPS
Your pet will be up-to-date on vaccinations, including: • A series of two- DA2PPv (distemper, adenovirus, parainfluenza, and parvovirus) vaccines
• Bordatella vaccine
• Rabies vaccine if older than 4 months of age Your dog will also receive: • Dewormer
• Microchip
• Frontline
• 30 days of free shelter care insurance You will receive for your dog: • A free certificate of exam at one of our local participating veterinarians
• 1 hour of free obedience training

your pet will be up-to-date on vaccinations, including: • A series of two- FVRCP (rhinotracheitis, calicivirus, and panleukopenia) vaccines
• Felv-Fiv tested and found negative

• Frontline
• 30 days of free shelter care insurance You will receive for your cat: • A free certificate of exam at one of our local participating veterinarians
