Happy Tales

Here are just a few of our success stories. If you would like to share your story, simply e-mail us, we will be happy to include yours.
Hello Everyone:

Jim and I are very proud parents of Brandi and Foxy! We have two little girls that keep us going! They are doing well together and I must say, they keep us laughing!

Have a blessed day!

Jim and Connie
Foxy

Tristan was our deaf dog who was with us for over a year. She was a well behaved girl who enjoyed playing with the other dogs and running the property during our cleaning times. She finally caught a lucky break when Julie arrived. It was love at first site. Julie is an absolutely wonderful woman who is well aware of the Tristan's special needs. A special message for our girl Tristan, "we love you and miss you so much". Thanks Julie for loving her and giving her a chance. Tristan

Storm is happy and living with her new parents and sister . She has a beautiful home in Calimesa where she will live a cherished life. The entire staff would like to say "thank you" to Brad and Marion for making her a part of the family. Storm

Everyone at YAPS,

Thank you so much for allowing Princess to come into our home!  She is the perfect fit.  She loves her new backyard and is having a lot of fun going to our softball games and soccer games!  Everyone is so impressed on how well behaved Princess is.  The cat is warming up to her!  We will send more pictures of her soon.

Thanks again,

Beth Massie (new mom) & Jeff Jones (new dad)
and of course Princess... happy to be home!

Happily Ever After

Hi Yaps: Thought we'd share some pictures with you of Bill at home. He is doing great. We have also emailed his previous owner with the pics. Thanks so much for choosing us - he is awesome.

Very Sincerely,

Another Happy Ending

Just a note to say "Thank you" for the wonderful pet we adopted in January. Cody (Odie) assimilated right in and we feel that he has been part of the family for years. Just a few pictures are included for your enjoyment!

Thanks again,

Lisa Accardo

A Truely Happy Ending!

This is Bebe, on the left. She was once abandoned, picked up and scheduled to be euthanized.   After being rescued and brought here to Y.A.P.S., she was stolen and abandoned again.   We did find her and bring her back to Y.A.P.S. where she was finally adopted by a great family.

She is now happy and playful in her forever home.

It is amazing what a little love and care can do.

Blaze Finds A Home

Our loved Blaze finally found himself a "forever" home. He has been searching and searching for just the right dad. Today, right before Christmas, he found him. Bob adopted Blaze and now the two are best buddies.

Continued

Hello;
My Dad, Bob Bennett, adopted Blaze a few months ago. He asked me to take a couple pictures of Blaze and email them to you so you could see what Blaze looks like now. He has adapted well and has a good life now.

Hello every one!

Just stopping by to share my experience with Y.A.P.S. I adopted a black and white cat named Jazz roughly a year ago, and it has been awesome. At first we thought he was a she, but after the neuter we found out his true sex. He is such a wonderful cat, mild tempered, a love and very clean. I am so happy I found him at Y.A.P.S. He plays with my other cat, Pooka, all the time, they love each other, like brother and sister. I just want to say thank you so much for what you all do, it doesn't go unnoticed or unappreciated!

Sincerely, Ana Pontrelli

Jazz

Hello friends, I think you would like to see a picture of Jerry Rice, he is the black little dog. He is very happy here playing all day with my others doggies, we love him very much. I cook for them rice and chicken mixed with dry food, and after dinner I gave a vitamin and I take good care of all their vaccine, etc. They sleep in bed with us and sometimes I sleep in the sofa because no room for me. They are beloved and very spoil.

I think Jerry gain 5 pounds, he is a blessing for us. Thank you,

Mrs. Goodrich

I just wanted to write to you guys and let you know how great things have been since i came to pick up 'Romeo'(since re-named Atticus-meaning strong one) a few weeks ago. He was really shy while still living at YAPS and still a little timid his first hour or two at my home, but warmed up incredibly quickly. He now wont leave my side, and follows me everywhere in the house, out to the trash can, and even tries to follow me into the shower! He very quickly became the 'owner' of the house, and has made it clear that the bed is his to sleep in, and that i am just here to serve and pet him. He is really protective of me though, which is really great, he lets all the guy neighbors know who the 'man' in my life is. He's starting to warm up to other people, and is starting to get along with the female neighbors (still has issues with the guy neighbors). He has even made a doggie friend with the dog next door. I'm really happy to have found him, and he definitely agrees as he tries to lick the keyboard. Thank you so much for bringing my little protector to me!

I want to thank you very much for this wonderful society you set up for animals. I ( I mean my mother, Donna Whittington) adopted a mixed terrier about four or five years ago. Galadrial (or Glady for short) has been a wonderful friend to me. She is a family dog, but finds a special bond to me, Christina.

When we first got her, she was quiet and hid in a corner for four months. But with a little more attention and patience, she's now a great loving dog. She follows me everywhere. She's well trained. I am sure you get hundreds of e-mails from other owners. If not, I am happy to give you this update. I attached this picture of Glady playing her favorite sport, as we call it, beach ball madness.

Thanks again,

Glady
