Only pets belonging to the qualifying senior can be treated with Herdina funding. Seniors should show documentation, whenever possible, that they are the owner of the pet(s) such as a past vet bill, or dog license, etc. The grant specifies that Animal Samaritans SPCA may decide how much to allocate per client and how to prioritize the funding within the grant parameters. Unfortunately, we do not have funds available for the funding year 2008. Please check back early in 2009.
