At YAPS our goal is to help pets and their people and our programs are designed to do just that.  Funded by grant monies and private contributions, YAPS is able to offer several different programs to assist in pet ownership, from financial to educational, the goal is to be a pet owners first resource and not their last resort. Ultimately we want to keep pets in their homes, happy and healthy as well.
