Tracy

Tracy Lambert is a volunteer that we want to recognize. She has been instrumental in providing much needed coverage in the office. The YAPS office can become a pretty hectic place at times. Tracy flawlessly answers and returns calls, issues vouchers for Yucaipa residents and is able to work on the computer without prompting. Thank goodness for Tracy. Recently many staff members have been on vacation and Tracy provided coverage. We truly appreciate her efforts and reliability.
