Mark your calendars for Third Annual Chapman Heights Charity Golf Tournament, at the Yucaipa Valley Golf Course Saturday, September 26th The fun starts at 7:45am with a putting contest and the tee off is set for 9am.  The course is championship length, offering golfers an 18 hole golfing experience.  A par 72 course, it is sure to challenge golf lovers alike. 

Dave Deike, HOA president and golf tournament liaison stated that, “this promises to be our biggest and best ever tournament with all proceeds going to support local nonprofits, Yucaipa Animal Placement Society (YAPS) and the Crafton Hills Conservancy.”

Coldwell Banker Kivett-Teeters in Yucaipa will be hosting a YAPS adoption day on August 1, 2015 from 10:00am-3:00pm.  The event will be held at Coldwell Banker located at 32829 Yucaipa Blvd. This will be a fun filled day complete with vendors; face painting, animal balloons and cotton candy, just to name a few.  So come join us and find your new best friend.  For more information, please contact YAPS at (909) 790-1440 or Coldwell Banker at (909) 797-1151.

The Yucaipa Senior Center and YAPS are teaming up again to assist senior pet owners in the Yucaipa and Calimesa communities.  On Thursday, May 28th, Yucaipa Animal Placement Society and the senior center will host their fourth annual low cost pet vaccination clinic from 10am to 12 noon.  The clinic will be held in the parking lot of the Yucaipa Senior Center located at 12202 First Street, in Yucaipa.

All basic vaccines for dogs and cats will be available for a nominal fee.  Vaccinations offered include a four in one for dogs as well as cats and rabies if needed for only $5.00.  Also offered that day are microchips for the low cost of $15.00.  Dog licensing for Yucaipa residents will be provided at the event to make it quick and convenient for local senior pet owners to keep their animals in compliance. Please note that the licensing fee is not included in the cost of vaccinations and that only cash or credit card cards will be accepted for payment.
